'/usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/nwalsh/fo/param.xsl'.
In order to make Fop work on Debian Sarge, follow the instructions on
http://www.debianhelp.co.uk/debianjava.htm.
You also need to install various packages, such as docbook-xsl and xsltproc.
