This is an Asterisk backport from Debian Sid / Unstable to Debian 12 /
Bookworm. It is build with libneon27-gnutls, not libneon27.
Note that this version of Asterisk does not support chan_sip / sip.conf.
You need to use chan_pjsip / pjsip.conf.

The above packages have dependencies similar to that of Asterisk 16 from Debian 11. Below the dependencies. The new dependencies are shown bold. If you already have the libraries for Asterisk 16 installed, you only have the add the new libraries;

These are in fact the same sound files as where used by older versions
of Asterisk. So if you already have these sound files there is no need to update
them.

Please note that I only use the setup above with this PjSip configuration and SysV / Insserv instead of Systemd. This works OK so far, but some of the other stuff below may not work as expected.
Note that this just a backport. I don't do bug- or security fixes.
At some point these will be replaced by a backport to Debian 13 / Trixie.
